Heartland Hospice provides a unique type of care to patients with a terminal illness
and to support their loved ones. At Heartland, we depend on our hospice volunteers
to help us provide the love, respect and care our patients and their families need. Volunteers
help patients through friendly visits, reading, or staying with patients to give family members
a much needed rest.
